You can add a twist by rotating your hips to each side<br \/>\nHip Kicks-Lift your arms off the ground while lifting the opposite leg off the ground and switch<br \/>\nSee Saw- drag your feet on something that can move and push your arms back and forth<\/p>\n<p>Please note, good form should always come first.
