Obtained five minutes? That's all you need to tackle this total body workout produced by Women's Health senior fitness editor Jen Ator, C. S. C. Ohydrates., author of the newest book Shape-Up Shortcuts.
You'll do a few moves in a few minutes with 15 seconds of rest between each workout (so, fifty seconds on, ten seconds off). It'll get a heart racing HARD as well as your muscles really working—in very little time at many. All you'll need can be a step-up box, a couple of risers, and slightly motivation!
Here will be the moves:
1) Change Lunge
2) Fast Feet
3) Deadlift Thrust with Hand Walk
4) Hand Walk with Balance out Pushup
5) Horizontal Shuffle
