– Exercise For Men Over 50
Exercise for men over 50 is crucial. This is the foundation of your life. You build the rest of your routines on top of that. I have heard it said that working out is like taking Riddlin and Prozac at the same time. My day doesn’t feel right until I have worked out. Exercise at any age is very important, but exercise for men over 50 is extremely important.
I get at 4 am and start my day with a morning routine. The first thing I do is take a fat burner called Super HD. This is usually about 90 minutes before I go workout.
About 45 minutes before I leave for the gym I go YouTube and key in Pro Bodybuilder working whatever body part I am working that day. This way I know I am always doing a good workout. I write down exactly what they do. That way I know I am doing my workout the right way.
At about 30 minutes before leaving for the gym, I take a pre workout called Mr. Hyde with Creatine and Glutamine. Supplements are still very important before exercise for men over 50.
Never go to the gym without a plan. It drives me crazy when I go to the gym and see people walking around without a plan. There is no rhyme or reason for the workouts they are doing. They almost look a little lost.
When I arrive at the gym I do the exact workout I have written down from the video I watched. I know that I am doing the exercises in the correct order and with the proper form which is very important. I never skip any of the exercises.
I work out with very high intensity. Once I am done with my weight workout, I do 30 minutes of cardio. My weekly routine goes like this. Monday-Chest, Tuesday-Legs, Wednesday-Arms, Thursday-Shoulders, Friday-Chest#2 and Saturday-Back. I always do 30 minutes of cardio after each weight workout.
