Plank Exercises with Dr. Chelsea

In this video, Dr. Chelsea demonstrates different plank exercises to help shred up that core and get those 6-pack abs.

If you can hold the plank for a minute or two and need some variation, try these exercises.

Leg lifts- raise one leg off the ground and switch
Knee Ins- Bring knee all the way to the chest and back out. You can add a twist by rotating your hips to each side
Hip Kicks-Lift your arms off the ground while lifting the opposite leg off the ground and switch
See Saw- drag your feet on something that can move and push your arms back and forth

Please note, good form should always come first. Add these into your exercise routine and you will be sure to see results!
