Butt Blaster Workout – Done in 10 Minutes!

Find out this CRAZY way to tone your body – FAST!

What's up y'all,

It's Jonny with Insane Home Fat Loss and today I've got a great "Butt Blasting" workout for you girls AND you guys! So, whether you're male or female you're going to want to follow along with this workout – Your glutes are some of the biggest muscles in your body and by working them out you're going to see the biggest fat loss benefit and be that much closer to the lean, toned body of your dreams!

Workout Breakdown:
– This is going to be real short and sweet, 3 total rounds and here are the movements:
0:18 15 – Butt Extensions:
– Get your matt for this one, we'll being doing each leg one at a time.
– Focus on time under tension on this one!
– It'll get harder, trust me!
0:25 15 – Leaning Hip Abductors:
– Find a wall to use for this one, you'll be using your abs a lot- Keep that core tight.
– Keep that foot off the ground the whole time, don't let it touch until you're done.
0:37 15 – Sumo Double-Pump Leg Squats:
– We are all familiar with the normal double-pump squats, but with this one, we'll be adding the "sumo' part to really give you that tight booty!
– Keep your chest up and really get off the ground for this one.
0:58 15 – Stiff Leg Deadlifts:
– Make sure that you're focusing on using your flutes to pull your weight up as you're going through the movement.
– You can catch your breath during this one and stretch out, but you're still working your glutes.
