How To Make Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:
•1 cup butter, softened
•2 cups coconut sugar
•2 eggs
•2 teaspoon vanilla extract
•3 cups gluten-free all purpose baking mix (we used King Arthur)
•1/8 teaspoon sea salt
•2 cups dark chocolate chips

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Cream together butter and coconut sugar.
3. Beat in eggs one at a time and stir in vanilla.
4. Stir in baking mix, salt, and chocolate chips.
5. Spoon batter onto baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes.
