Dieting With Almost 0 Grams of Fats – Men’s Physique

I think the lack of fats today had me rambling on and on towards the end of the video, making absolutely no sense haha Today my goal was to only eat 15 grams of fats. I went over that amount, but only from eating lean meats and rich carb sources, which is fine. As long as I stayed away from fatty foods, such as, dairy, nuts, and oils, I was fine.
